GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – ETAPpro Morocco

1. Purpose

These GTU define the rules of access and use of the ETAPpro Morocco website. They apply to any visitor, user or account holder.

2. Access to the site

The Site is accessible subject to interruptions necessary for maintenance, security or technical development. The publisher does not guarantee permanent availability and may temporarily suspend access without compensation when reasonably necessary.

3. Customer account and security

The user must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential. They are responsible for operations carried out from their account, except in the case of fraudulent use not attributable to their fault. Any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported without delay.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, the ETAPpro brand, texts, visuals, photographs, videos, logos, technical sheets, interfaces and graphic elements are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, adaptation, distribution or exploitation is prohibited, except for a legal exception or prior written authorisation.

5. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the Site, introduce a malicious program, attempt unauthorised access, massively collect data, impersonate an identity, misuse the Site for fraudulent purposes or publish illegal content.

6. Liability

The technical information on the Site is general and does not replace the advice of a qualified professional. The user must check the compatibility of the product with their vehicle and installation. The publisher is not liable for damage caused by misuse, a non-compliant installation, incorrect information provided by the user or an unforeseeable external event. No limitation applies where it would be contrary to a mandatory rule.

7. Personal data and cookies

Data is processed in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 for the management of accounts, orders, contact requests, security and legal obligations. The rights of access, rectification and objection for legitimate reasons may be exercised at hello@etap-pro.com. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are placed according to the applicable consent rules.

8. Hyperlinks and third-party services

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services, in particular payment or delivery providers. ETAPpro does not exercise permanent control over their content and is not responsible for their availability or their practices, subject to its own legal obligations.

9. Suspension or deletion of an account

An account may be suspended or deleted in the event of fraud, abuse, breach of security, violation of these GTU or legal obligation, after informing the user when circumstances permit.

10. Modification of the GTU

The GTU may be modified to take account of a legal, technical or functional change. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of use. Significant changes may be brought to the attention of users who have an account.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These GTU are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of difficulty, the parties seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the competent courts according to the applicable legal rules.
