GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ETAPpro Morocco

1. Purpose and scope

These GTC govern sales made on the ETAPpro Morocco website to consumers and, where compatible with their status, professional customers. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Seller identity

Seller: ETAPpro Morocco, SARL, registered office: 45, avenue Al Istiqlal, 14000 Kénitra, Morocco. Email: hello@etap-pro.com.

3. Products and offers

The Site notably sells ETAPpro chargers, wall brackets, cables, adapters, accessories and bundles. The customer must check the characteristics, dimensions, power, plug type and compatibility with their vehicle and electrical installation. Photographs are illustrative; only the items expressly indicated in the product sheet are included.

4. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order. Unless otherwise indicated, they are expressed in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included, for consumers. Delivery costs and any other fees are indicated before validation.

5. Order

The customer checks their basket, contact details and delivery address before validation. The order becomes final after acceptance of the GTC, validation of payment and sending of the confirmation. The seller may refuse an order for legitimate reasons, in particular fraud, refused payment, incorrect information or definitive unavailability.

6. Payment

The means offered at the time of the order may include bank card, transfer and any other means actually displayed. In the case of a transfer, the order is prepared after receipt of funds. The products remain the property of the seller until full payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery generally takes place within an indicative period of about 14 days. Unless a different period is announced and accepted, or a case of force majeure, it takes place within a maximum period of 30 days. The customer must provide an exact and accessible address. In the event of a significant delay, they are informed as soon as possible.

8. Installation

Installation is not included in the displayed price, unless otherwise stated in writing. Depending on the location and the electrical installation, ETAPpro may offer a separate study and quote. The seller is not liable for damage resulting exclusively from incorrect installation carried out by a third party, a non-compliant network, an unauthorised modification or failure to follow the instructions.

9. Right of withdrawal

In the cases provided by Moroccan law No. 31-08 for distance selling, the consumer has a period of 7 days from receipt to notify their withdrawal. This right does not apply automatically to professional purchases or to personalised products or those excluded by law.

10. Returns and refunds

The customer first contacts customer service. In the case of a simple change of mind, the direct return costs may remain their responsibility. In the case of a seller error, a product damaged before delivery, defective or recognised as non-compliant, the reasonable return costs are borne by the seller. The product must be returned complete and properly protected.

11. Conformity and warranties

The seller provides products that comply with the order and the announced characteristics. The applicable legal warranties remain acquired by the consumer. Any commercial or manufacturer warranty does not replace the legal warranties and its conditions are specified on the product sheet or the warranty document.

12. Liability

The seller is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations. Its liability cannot be engaged when the damage results directly from a fault of the customer, use contrary to the instructions, incorrect information, a non-compliant electrical installation, unauthorised intervention or a case of force majeure. No clause limits a mandatory consumer right.

13. Complaints and after-sales service

Complaints are addressed to hello@etap-pro.com with the order number, a precise description and, if possible, photos or videos. The seller endeavours to respond within a reasonable time.

14. Personal data

Data is processed for the management of accounts, orders, payments, deliveries, after-sales service, fraud prevention and legal obligations, in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08. The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification and objection for legitimate reasons at hello@etap-pro.com.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to Moroccan law. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules. For professionals, the courts of the jurisdiction of the seller registered office may be designated, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
